our History
KALFAKIS Hobbies started operations in 1966 when Costas Kalfakis with the support of his father Parashos realized the dream of the very fist ever established hobby shop in Greece. Pioneers in the real sense, we offered to the Greek public the true philosophy of hobby modeling. For the first time ever in Greece, we introduced to the hobby enthusiasts a wide range of models, special colors, decals, books, tools, materials and airbrushes to help the hobby to grow national wide. By now Greece can present exceptional modelers that their work has become famous at the world's modeling competitions, winning fist class prizes. We feel that we played a great role for this to happen.
